What is the purpose of cholesterol lowering supplements? Do you know what your cholesterol level is? Along with heart rates and blood pressure, cholesterol levels seem to be one of the most commonly monitored vital signs in modern times.

The bottom line is that Omega-3 succeeds in lowering bad cholesterol levels, and in increasing good cholesterol levels.
